TSCOC: Introduction

This site is dedicated to giving honor, glory, and praise for God’s grace toward us through Christ Jesus. The moment we believe in Christ Jesus, we are redeemed, reconciled (have peace with God), and justified, Romans 3:24, Romans 5:1, Romans 5:9, 1Corinthians 6:11, to the end that we now have eternal life, Romans 6:23. Others can come to know this exceedingly great gift by reading and believing the Word of God, the bible. Anyone can partake of this free gift. Through the gospel, Paul declared that we are saved, 1Corinthians 11:1-4, through faith alone, Ephesians 2:8-10.

This site is constructed to help others understand the Word, see scripture as a whole, and increase their knowledge of Christ as they grow in the Word. Scripture describes the things the Lord has prepared for those who love Him, 1Corinthians 2:9. To portray these promises properly, the approach taken on this website is to view scripture dispensationally. God has described two programs, one for the nation of Israel, another for the prophetic program, the mystery program, for the Body-of-Christ. These programs are according to God’s eternal purpose, which He purposed through Christ Jesus, Ephesians 3:8-11. These two programs are mutually exclusive because they have different missions and operate at different times. Through these two programs, God has purposed to make all things in heaven and earth one in Christ, in the dispensation of the fullness of time, Ephesians 1:10. More information is available in the Interpretations section on this website.

This website was posted in 2001 to provide those left behind after the Body-of-Christ had been snatching away (rapture) with information needed for them to understand what happened. Most importantly, how they can believe in Christ Jesus and become saved, in the Salvation section in this site, so that they can enjoy eternal life with the Lord Jesus Christ. They will want to know what the Lord has prepared for them, His promises to comfort them as they look forward to the coming kingdom, as promised to the nation of Israel. Until the return of the Lord to establish His kingdom on earth, there will be no safe place in this world for a believer in Jesus Christ. The great tribulation will be the worst time the world has and will ever know, Matthew 24:21-22. Believers in Christ Jesus will suffer great persecution in that period for keeping the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. Still, they will receive a great reward for their steadfastness in Christ, Revelation 14:12-13, Revelation 20:4. This will occur after the rapture of the Body-of-Christ and before the Lord returns at the end of the seven-year tribulation, Zechariah 14:4. Many will ask what happened, what events will occur next, how long will each event last, and what can people do who were left behind. This website attempts to provide the tribulation saints with knowledge and understanding of all the events they will suffer through in the tribulation.

However, earlier versions of this site failed to address the program currently in effect for those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the mystery program for the Body-of-Christ, Ephesians 3:2-4. Until the rapture, we are all living in the dispensation of grace, or the age of grace, during which the mystery program is in full effect. This updated version of the website includes material for the Body-of-Christ. As Paul wrote, now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation, 2Corinthians 6:2, for all those who have yet to believe that Jesus died for their sins according to scripture, He was buried, and on the third day, He was resurrected, 1Corinthians 15:1-4. For believers in Christ during the age of grace, many promises are now and will be in the future, directed to the Body of Christ, including the blessed hope of the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, Titus 2:11-14. The new content on this website will outline promises made by God to His church and the Body-of-Christ.
